Huberman<\/a>, the director of HP Labs\u2019 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hpl.hp.com\/research\/idl\/\" target=\"_blank\">Social Computing Lab<\/a>,  released research on the nature of user influence on social media  networks such as Twitter.
