All websites hosted       there are inaccessible. However, domain names like <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/bit.ly<\/a> (a       URL shortening service used for Twitter) still function because they are       not hosted <em>inside<\/em> the country.
